Candice has no desire to change her life.

At thirty-five, she’s a successful partner at a criminal defence law firm, financially independent, newly divorced and perfectly capable of spending Halloween without a man in sight.

A night catching up with the girls certainly shouldn’t end with a demon sitting at her kitchen table.

Sebastian, meanwhile, is feeling… meh.

It’s been thousands of years since he indulged in a little carnage topside, and there are only so many ways an ancient demon—and third cousin to the Devil—can entertain himself.

Then a drunken Halloween summoning involving thirteen candles, some questionable incantations and supermarket meat juice brings him face-to-face with the one thing he never expected to find.

His mate.

Sebastian knows exactly what happens next.

Candice would strongly disagree.

Because claiming a human woman, rearranging her life and planning to bite, breed and bond her for eternity might make perfect sense in Hell…

But Sebastian is about to discover that the modern woman comes with something demons apparently never thought to account terms and conditions.

The Demon You Summoned is a dark paranormal romantic comedy featuring a strong, thirty-five-year-old FMC, an unhinged and morally black demon, fated mates, questionable decision-making, very enthusiastic consent negotiations, and the occasional act of demonic retribution.
